Patrick sets the bar high when it comes to combining professionalism with success in personal injury law. When he represents those who have suffered serious or catastrophic injuries, his emphasis is on understanding their physical and emotional needs while also effectively advocating for them.

In just the past 10 years, Patrick has received numerous million dollar awards in favor of his clients and become a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a group of top trial lawyers from across the nation with a history of success in complex cases. His past as an educator has translated well into a vocation dedicated to helping those in need.

Though Patrick's teaching experience plays a role in the courtroom, he continues to promote the interests of youth by serving on the boards of organizations such as the Cazenovia Children's House and by coaching a soccer league. He also serves as town justice of Nelson, N.Y., and takes time to speak with the public on topics of concern regarding the law and issues of public safety.

Patrick is a member of the American, New York State and Onondaga County Bar Associations, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He received his law degree from the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law, and is admitted to practice in the states of New York and New Jersey. He received his bachelor's degree in biology from Daemen College and his master's degree in education from Iona College.

"Personal injury law should be just that personal. If you've suffered a serious or catastrophic injury, you deserve 110 percent from your attorney. You deserve someone who'll understand your needs - physical, emotional and legal. Someone who'll be with you through thick and thin. Someone who can win your case because he or she has the experience, knowledge and moral fortitude to do so.

I offer my clients both a winning track record, including several million-dollar verdicts, and a sincere concern for their wellbeing. I'm very selective with my cases because winning just isn't doing enough. Giving my clients the support they need to heal that's what it really means to win."
